Shipping
We ship everywhere in Canada from our facilities in Montreal.
Note that the delivery destination determines prices for shipping and taxes which will be automatically calculated during checkout. If your delivery address is in a remote area, a surcharge may apply to ensure delivery. We will contact you directly to discuss available options, and if you agree to this surcharge, we will proceed to dispatch your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
We can accept pick-up at our office or warehouse on demand.
We're working with a family business carrier with 40 years of experience and we also use national carriers when needed. You’ll find the name of the carrier used and your tracking number in our shipping confirmation email.
Delivery time
We know your time is valuable. We’re doing our best to be efficient and quick for you. We commit to deliver your order in under 10-12 business days.
Please Note:
- As you are ordering customized products, you need to work with us to ensure that we have your final approval before the order is placed.
- We want you to be happy with your final product. Once you send us your unique design we will send you a proof of your artwork.
- PLEASE check it carefully and approve it once you’re sure it’s correct. Without your confirmation and approval, we can NOT respect our delivery commitment.
Returns
Please let us know of any non-conformity within 48 hours of receipt. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
